Reviewed launches accessibility category to broaden representation of consumers with disabilities | Business

(NYSE: GCI) and the UNITED STATES NETWORK TODAY launched a dedicated accessibility category focused on providing in-depth information on adaptive products, assistive technology and accessible design for people with disabilities and their caregivers. This new expanded section with continuous coverage represents a necessary advancement for the industry and allows Reviewed to reach a historically underserved audience.

With more than a billion people worldwide living with a disability, representing approximately 15% of the world’s population 1, Review’s accessibility coverage aims to take the stress out of finding products for consumers with disabilities who trust often based on word of mouth recommendations and adapt everyday products to meet their specific needs.

Accessibility Editor-in-Chief Sarah Kovac, award-winning author and speaker living with dexterity issues caused by arthrogryposis, will help lead this one-of-a-kind section.
